Dear Lucia and Pepe, hope you enjoyed your week of vacation after we left. Today I expect you are back at work doing what you do best, providing the perfect riding vacation one could ask for. This was the best vacation, the best ride for both of us. Everything was five star and better. It was a Mexican vacation in every detail. Riding in the mountains & through villages gave us a constantly changing landscape which made each day special. The horses were great and the kitchen staff and the gauchos were fun and always helpful. Finally to mention your exquisite Mexican home superbly furnished and decorated. But most appreciated were our host and hostess who constantly taught us Mexican history of the land, people and food. Thank you!

I had a wonderful time. Cabalgatas La Sierra is a superb experience! Each day´s riding was delightful and each day was different. Seeing the butterflies in such a natural setting is extraordinary and memorable. Some of the locations for lunches, high up in the mountains looking out across broad valleys to other mountain ranges, were spectacular. Arrangements were meticulous. The finca provides traditional luxury with such nice touches. All of the meals and drinks were outstanding. Your hospitality combined with your knowledge of Mexico´s history and traditions, flora and fauna make this not only enjoyable but also educational. One truly feels at home at Finca Enyhe! Your horses are in such fine condition and your choice of tack is great. This is my second visit and I plan to bring a group of friends. So I will return for the third time!

We enjoyed the punctuality of the meal times; everything felt extremely well organized. Only criticism is that wine glasses are too small and that it was not clear for us whether beer and wine were included in general drinks.

There was no weak link in the entire chain: from the gracious hosts, to the friendly and attentive wranglers and staff, to the very fit, athletic and surefooted horses. The sampling of Mexican food was a real treat including the wonderful picnic trail lunches. The riding was nicely paced with beautiful scenery and a large variety of terrain. Dear Lucia and Pepe, I have been to about 20 horse riding holidays and can honestly say that you are one of the best (and organization wise, definitively the best!). Your attention to every minute detail is amazing! Being a business consultant I usually can provide a lot of advice about improving any operation; this time I have a problem, everything is near perfect, still I have to suggest something…hair driers in all bedrooms for ladies. I will definitively recommend this ride to others and will return myself in a couple of years!

This is a wonderful ride with great people. It is also hard with long and hard days of riding. I hurt my back (I did not fall off, just from cantering) on day # 5. Both Pepe and Lucia were great! No ones fault. No ones mistakes. I still do not know what I did. Probably a combination of a stress fracture and pulled muscles. Still I have to say it was a great ride and I am glad I went.

This is my first trip outside Europe and considering I came alone, I have to say I was really well looked after! It is good to know skilled horsemanship is the same internationally! I loved all the Mexican tack and seeing you both dressed in Mexican outfits. I can tell you are very proud of your country and what you have achieved here – and so you should be! It´s a shame we had one difficult guest on the group but there are things that can not be helped... The horses were very impressive- particularly mine! It was lovely to come here! The cavalcade is a challenging ride. The scenery is spectacular. The overall ride experience is amongst the best of any ride I have done. My horse was extremely safe and well schooled. I loved him! The guides were concerned with safety and everyone appeared to be on a safe horse. The scenery was varied and quite spectacular.

This was an excellent ride. I don´t believe I have experienced any better attention to saddle comfort anywhere. The pace was slower than I expected but I believe that was in response to inexperienced guests. Lunches on the trail were really quite deluxe and a real treat. In a word, this is a wonderful ride! The attention to detail was superb throughout (route, horses, food, service, etc). All meticulously planned yet felt very natural. More than a holiday, an experience! Food was exceptional, really appreciated the vegetarian adaptation of traditional Mexican dishes. Every day´s ride was so different, the combination of mountains, forest, meadows, hot land, lake and villages.Pepe a great guide, telling anecdotes and very knowledgeable about both local nature and history. Pepe and Lucia are the most gracious hosts imaginable. Their horses are wonderful and well cared for. Lucia took utmost care in food preparation to ensure that we didn´t get sick.
